II Euro-Asian Financial and Economic Forum – Khorgos

The Association of Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan (ABRK) sends you its respects, wishes you further success, and informs you about holding the II Euro-Asian Financial and Economic Forum – Khorgos, which will be held on October 10-12, 2024 on the unique territory of the Khorgos International Center of Border Cooperation (ICBC).

The Forum is organized by ABRK jointly with the People’s Government of the city of Khorgos (P. R. China), Financial & Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation (FBA EAC).

Forum objective: to create a business platform for participants of the financial and economic market and the expansion of integration processes in trade between the SCO, EAEU (Eurasian Economic Union), countries of the Caspian region and the EU (European Union), and the formation of commodity distribution networks EAST-WEST  for the effective functioning of the common market of goods, services and capitals, as well as a platform for the introduction and presentation of opportunities for the current achievements in the issues of banking transformation using digital technologies.

The Forum will also allow to present the opportunities of the Special Economic Zone “Khorgos – Eastern Gates” and the Khorgos International Center of Border Cooperation (ICBC) for interested participants of international financial and economic activities, including banks, by obtaining an advantage (preferential treatment) in trade, attracting investments and providing financial services.

Forum participants: government entities and public structures, international financial and development institutions, banks, commercial and business structures of the SCO, EAEU, countries of the Caspian region and the EU (approximately 250-300 people from 45 countries). Due to the fact that the upcoming event has such a high international status and that the upcoming Forum will promote active cross-border cooperation and development of international relations between China and the EAEU, EU, CIS and SCO countries, we invite you and your Partners to participate in the upcoming Forum.
